Design Director
Qualification Requirements：
- 8 years of design experience or above; rich experience in competition, project practice and implementation.
- Strong ability of scheme design and innovation, proficient knowledge in relevant professions, be capable of guiding designers to efficiently complete design tasks.
- Be capable of guiding clients' requirements, solving their problems, and winning their trust.
- Positive, high sense of responsibility, patience, strong ability in expression and solving design problems.
- Outstanding facade design ability is preferred.
Facade Creative Designer
Qualification Requirements：
- 3 years of facade design experience or above, abundant successful cases in facade designing.
- Relatively strong ability of façade designing and innovation.
- Be able to accurately understand the design instructions, have efficient practice ability and fine aesthetic quality.
- Positive, high sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, strong sense of team work and good communication skills.
Main Creating Architect
Qualification Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above in major of architecture.
- 4 years or above experience in position of project leader, presided over or participated in the implementation of large projects scheme design.
- Strong ability of scheme design and innovation.
- Familiar with all kinds of design softwares, such as rhino, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability in team leadership, project schedule promotion and management, capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- With working experience of overseas design companies or well-known design companies, and qualification of Class 1 Registered Architect or with middle or high professional titles is preferred.
- With overseas study and working experience is preferred.
Designer
Qualification Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above in major of architecture.
- 2 years of design experience or above, have certain experience in practice and implementation.
- Enthusiastic designer, with strong professional standard and ability of designing and communication.
- Familiar with all kinds of design softwares, such as rhino, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability in team work and project execution, able to keep delivering high-quality design in rapid working pace.
- With working experience of overseas design companies or large-scale design companies is preferred.
- With overseas study and working experience is preferred.
Design Assistant
Qualification Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above in major of architecture or urban planning.
- Graduate with practical experience in architectural design or planning.
- Strong ability of understanding and expressing design, be good at thinking and love designing.
- Familiar with all kinds of design softwares, such as rhino, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability in team work.
- With overseas study and internship experience is preferred.
Interns (permanent recruitment, accommodation provided)
Qualification Requirements：
- Postgraduates or Senior students or above in major of architecture or urban planning.
- Be good at communication, thinking and love designing with strong learning ability.
- Familiar with all kinds of design softwares, such as rhino, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability in team working
- With minimum internship time of 3 whole months.
